Steven grew up in the rural northwest where he cultivated his love for the outdoors through long distance hiking and camping. Steven now lives in Spokane WA with his lovely wife ad 4 children.
Steven Served in the United States Army Washington National Guard for 10 years and attained the rank of Staff Sargent while serving in a reconnaissance scout platoon. He was honorably discharged after his tour in Iraq in 2004. Rachel was born and raised in Spokane and a graduate of Mead High School. She is a Personal Lines account executive that has been with the agency for over a year but in the insurance industry for 10 years. She loves kids and can’t wait to have her own someday. She is married to a wonderful man named Kyle and together they team lead a local Young Life group where they invest in high schooler’s lives on a weekly basis. They are also very involved in their church. Rachel is also very athletic; she played basketball for 12 years and participates in Spokane’s Hoopfest every year as well as Bloomsday. Rich is a Personal Lines producer that has been in the insurance industry for 20 years, born and raised in Seattle but resides in Spokane now, a graduate from Meadowdale High School and Edmonds Community College. He is our classic car guy but can write just about anything else for your personal lines needs. If you can’t find him he is probably at the race track, working on a car project at home or spending time with his family. Rich was the previous owner of Spokane Falls Insurance who merged with Buck and Affiliates in 2013 and we feel lucky to have him on our team!

Teresa was born is Killeen, TX, but has lived in Spokane, WA since she was a toddler. She met her husband Daniel in 8th grade, they were in youth group together, and quickly became best friends. They became high school sweethearts and have been happily married since 2006. They have 3 beautiful children, Gavin, Jade, and Paxton, that keep them very busy. Teresa and her family lived in Florida for a couple of years, but moved back to Spokane to help care for her mom. She began her career in personal lines insurance in 2014 and is a licensed Property and Casualty agent. She is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, educating her clients about their insurance policies and strives to build personable relationships with her clients. Teresa enjoys volunteering and giving back to ACCOIN (American Childhood Cancer Organization Inland Northwest) because she personally experience their help, love, and support during her childhood when her sister had Leukemia. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, baking, camping, going on road trip adventures with her family, and helping her husband with DIY projects.

He writes Commercial Insurance for Breweries and Micro Breweries and for Fitness Clubs and Health Clubs across the U.S. He is a proud father of three and enjoys taking his wife and kids to the great outdoors of the Inland Empire and beyond.
